SUMMARY:Introducing Monomonac Hill! Group Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join Emily Merlino\, Stewardship Manager\, for a guided hike at the newly-protected Monomonac Hill Conservation Area. This 194-acre conservation area rests at the southern reaches of Lake Monomonac in Winchendon\, MA and is open to the public for passive recreation. Emily will lead hikers out-and-back on the Kinglet’s Caper trail to a scenic viewpoint and discuss the conservation value and impact of protecting Monomonac Hill.Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions.
