About

In this episode, host Patrice Todisco and Minuteman National Historical Park Ranger Rick Lawson explore The Wayside, a house that bore witness to the start of the Revolutionary War in 1775, took a front-row seat in the nineteenth-century literary movement, was a stop on the underground railroad, and played a key role in the historic preservation efforts that have come to define Concord, Massachusetts today.

Learn about the many published authors that have called The Wayside home and their roles in fostering revolutionary ideas that span three generations.
