Poses will encourage participants to \u201cthink like a tree\u201d while experiencing moments of balance and stillness. This outdoor session will be held in the backyard of our office located at the historic Prouty Woods Estate. We encourage all to finish the practice by taking a walk behind the property in NEFF\u2019s 120-acre Community Forest, also open to the public year-round. Please bring a mat or beach towel and prepare to soak in the Healing Powers of Nature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION REQUIRED:<\/strong> Please register online at <a href=\"https:\/\/newenglandforestry.org\/connect\/events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/newenglandforestry.org\/connect\/events\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver in person on the day of the event. By attending this event you hereby consent to having your photo\/likeness\/recordings posted publicly and on social media.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>PARKING:<\/strong> Please park on either side of the dirt lot next to the carriage house. If necessary, expanded parking will be made available in the adjacent grass lot.
