Revere was detained, questioned, and released several hours later. Dawes turned around and escaped and Prescott made it through to <a href=\"https:\/\/freedomsway.org\/staging\/6553\/communities\/concord\/\">Concord<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Located within <a href=\"https:\/\/freedomsway.org\/staging\/6553\/place\/minute-man-national-historical-park\/\">Minute Man National Historical Park<\/a> along the Battle Road Byway in <a href=\"https:\/\/freedomsway.org\/staging\/6553\/communities\/lincoln\/\">Lincoln<\/a>, the spot where Revere was captured is marked with a circular, stone memorial.
