SUMMARY:Sunday Morning Bird Walks
DESCRIPTION:Join Mass Audubon Birder’s Certificate Program graduate Alison O’Hare for a series of Sunday morning bird walks at Wachusett Meadow Wildlife Sanctuary.\n\nThese walks will focus on Wachusett Meadow’s diverse birdlife\, looking for newly arrived spring migrants\, birds just passing through\, and birds that are local breeders. Our slow pace will give you an opportunity to practice identifications based on sight and sound. All levels of birding experience are welcome\n\nPLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current municipal\, state\, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. This program will meet and take place outdoors. Indoor restrooms are available\, and masks are optional when indoors. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed within 24 hours before the program.\nInstructions and Directions: Bring your own binoculars or borrow a pair of ours. \nRegistration is required.
