DESCRIPTION:The majority of the buildings around the Ashby Town Common were constructed between 1775 and 1836. 14 historic buildings will be featured. The tour is self-guided with presenters at various locations to provide interesting historical insights and answer questions. \nEvent scheduled Saturday\, May 11 from 10 am to 1 pm. Rain date of Saturday\, May 25. \n  \nThis program is offered by the Ashby Historical Society as part of the Hidden Treasures Festival of Nature\, Culture & History\, an annual month-long celebration showcasing events and activities hosted by local partners celebrating the unique places\, objects\, and stories of the Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area.
