The Westford Historical Society operates its Museum in the original Westford Academy building. Having served the town of Westford in many capacities since it was built in 1794, the Academy building was last used as a fire station prior to its restoration in the mid-1970s. Dedicated as a Museum in 1976, the building houses the collections and permanent and rotating exhibits of the Historical Society.
