Storybrook Farm

756 Ashby Road, New Ipswich, NH

Although a fire in April of 22 destroyed much of the Storybook Farm barn, farm store, and milking parlor, the farm is working hard to restore their beloved New Ipswich dairy, which dates back to 1850.

Since 2002, Storybook Farm has sold milk, cream, and yogurt in addition to eggs, chicken, turkey, pork, beef, honey, maple syrup, granola, and freeze-dried produce. Raw milk is also available.

Paul “Jiggy” Knisley and Diane Knisley purchased their first cow in Mason, New Hampshire in 2001. Soon, their herd grew to seven cows that produced the entirety of the farm’s dairy products. While Paul performs the brunt of the milking, the Knisley’s three adult children and eleven grandchildren are mainstays on the farm.
