Tucked away at the top of Byfield Road in Ashburnham, Moonlight Farm is a family-run endeavor specializing in chicken and duck eggs, pork, poultry, and pesticide-free fruits and vegetables.
The farm was founded by partners Megan Glennon and Aidan Davin. Davin’s farming career began in 2000, after graduating from college with a degree in agriculture. Glennon joined his livestock farm soon after and took charge of the 5-acre vegetable field. They began frequenting farmers markets as Moonlight Farm in 2013, then continued the farm in Ashby.
In 2020, Moonlight Farm moved to its scenic 70-acre perch in northeast Ashburnham where they raise Americana chickens, cows, goats, and more. Their CSA program includes meat shares, vegetable shares, and egg options. Moonlight Farm products can also be found at farmers’ markets in Melrose, Beverly, or Harvard University.
