The Pleasant View Cemetery, just down the road from the Uncle Sam House in Mason, New Hampshire, is another little slice of Americana. This hilltop cemetery was voted into existence by the town committee in 1770. The first Revolutionary War Patriots buried here were fatalities from the Battle of Bunker Hill.
