Kimball Farm

400 Littleton Road, Westford, MA

First operating as a dairy farm in 1908 in Westford, Kimball Farm began serving ice cream in 1939 when John (Jack) Allen Kimball and his wife Clara turned the woodshed into an ice cream parlor. As their ice cream grew in popularity, Jack and Clara decided to eliminate the dairy part of the farm in 1975, and moved the ice cream operation into the barn, where it remains today.

In 1988 the farm passed to Jack’s grandsons, who took over the business and expanded it to three more locations (Carlisle, Lancaster, and Jaffrey, NH), adding a variety of activities and games for entertainment. Kimball’s continues to serve their famous ice cream, with over 50 rich and creamy flavors to choose from.

In addition to ice cream, the Westford location offers an outdoor Grill & Seafood Shack, 50 acres of fun activities, and a cozy Country Store & Cafe.
