The Siver family has farmed at George Hill Orchards since 1974, when ​​Don and Frieda Siver acquired the property on George Hill Road in Lancaster, Massachusetts. Eventually, they passed the torch to their son Don and his wife Annette. As the farm grew, it became a destination for pick your own fruits, hayrides, and baked goods.

The farm grows apples, blueberries, peaches, and pumpkins. They also host school tours and special events. They occasionally offer grill items at the take-out window. No matter the season, guests can enjoy the scenery from the orchard picnic tables or gazebo.
