Bob’s Turkey Farm

The poultry business at Bob’s Turkey Farm has been family-owned since Robert Van Hoof started the farm in 1954. Bob’s raises and produces antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and grain-fed broad-breasted white turkey. They also offer prepared “fixings” like pies, butternut squash, and stuffing. Poults are available for sale during May, June, and July.

Following Robert Van Hoof’s death in 2018, his son Richard Van Hoof took over the farm. Van Hoof’s daughter Susan assumed the bookkeeping and retail operation, and his daughter Marybeth ran the kitchen until 2017. Robert’s grandson Casey Macgregor now manages the kitchen.
