Based in Concord, Massachusetts, Be Well Be Here is a 501c3 non-profit mindful wellness collaborative that inspires wellBEing through creative mindful wellness practices and the transformative power of storytelling to build compassionate communities. Our teachers share extensive knowledge of mindful wellness modalities and embodied experience in their areas of expertise to co-create supportive experiential learning models. As a mindful wellness educational collaborative, we endeavor to meet people where they are, share practices that befriend, honor inclusion, cultivate belonging and design creative mindful wellness strategies that are easily incorporated into daily life. All this to mindfully foster caring, connected communities for the wellBEing of ALL.
