DESCRIPTION:Join Rediscover Mapledale at Stow Acres Country Club\, 58 Randall Road Stow\, MA Saturday\, February 7th\, 2026 starting at 3pm\n\n\n\n3pm Storytelling Event\nRobert H. Hawkins – For most of the 20th century successful Black businessmen and their families did not have equal access to recreational facilities in the United States of America. He has performed in schools\, museums\, and the workplace.\n\n\n\nAnnual Meeting\nFollowing the storytelling event about Robert H. Hawkins\, join us for Rediscover Mapledale’s Annual Meeting where we discuss new business\, vote in advisory positions on our board\, and welcome new members.\n\n\n\nThis event was made possible thanks to Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area and the Mass Cultural Council. Hosted by Rediscover Mapledale\, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the long-lasting vision to continue to commemorate Black history in Stow\, Massachusetts.
