DESCRIPTION:You are invited to a gentle 2-hour experiential workshop facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist Marina Strauss. Together\, we will step outdoors and allow nature to slow us down\, offering a pause from the everyday. \nWe will begin with a grounding meditation to arrive fully\, then wander with our phones as quiet companions\, capturing images that catch our attention or stir something within.
