The Umbrella Winter Market, a Concord tradition, is an annual three-day show and sale of artist, artisan, and hand-crafted work festively displayed on all three floors of the beautifully renovated Umbrella Arts Center in historic Concord Center. It features dozens of Umbrella Studio Artists and regional Guest Artists, an annual “Off-the-Wall” show with small works under $300 (in-person and online), Ceramics Studio holiday sale, Arts Education info table, and more. Plus, view the “Lost and Found” group visual arts exhibition juried by Jessica Straus in the Main Gallery, an outdoor Lathe Demo with Palo Coleman, live music on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, refreshments in the cafe, and a sale of painted art doors from “Go Out Doors – Neighbors” public art installations. Sunday, December 4, Noon-3PM, stop by for free family drop-in art activity creating ornaments and decorations using natural materials including dried orange slices and cinnamon sticks!
Stay for dinner in the neighborhood and enjoy an evening performance of Rent, performed by The Umbrella Stage Company, and discounted meals and lodging from our #DinnerAndAShow hospitality partners!
