As Massachusetts and America commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of history, remembrance, and community at Voices of Revolution: Groton’s Legacy at Bunker Hill and Beyond on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at Lawrence Academy’s Richardson-Mees Performing Arts Center.

The program begins at 12:00 PM with a special Revolutionary War battlefield demonstration presented by the 6th Middlesex Regiment and the Concord Fife & Drum Corps, bringing the sights and sounds of 1775 to life.
Beginning at 1:00 PM, a distinguished panel of historians and authors will explore Groton’s pivotal role in the Battle of Bunker Hill and the American Revolution, including the legacy of Colonel William Prescott and the men of Massachusetts who helped shape the nation’s founding.
Following the presentations, guests are invited to continue the conversation at a reception in the Conant Gallery featuring light refreshments.
