DESCRIPTION:Hidden Battles Foundation’s Sunday morning ruck and hikes are community-based gatherings designed to bring veterans\, first responders\, and supporters together through purposeful movement and connection. \nHeld at Mine Falls Park\, Nashua these outings typically cover 3–5 miles and include handicap-capable accessible routes\, ensuring the experience is welcoming and inclusive for all ability levels. We hike rain or shine. \nThe hikes create a supportive\, low-pressure environment where participants can build camaraderie\, strengthen both body and mind\, and engage in meaningful conversation while enjoying the outdoors. By combining physical activity with peer support\, the Sunday rucks and hikes promote positive mental health\, resilience\, and a strong sense of belonging—reminding participants that no one has to walk their journey alone \nDATE: Sundays\, May 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\, 31 \nTIME: Meet-up between 9 – 9:30 AM; Estimated end time: 11:30 AM \nMEET-UP LOCATION: Skate Park near the Nashua YMCA\, 24 Stadium Drive\, Nashua\, NH 03062. Hikes take place within Mine Falls Park. \nACCESS: Most trails are mobility impaired accessible.
