An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Sunday, repeating until May 31, 2026

Hidden Battles Foundation’s Sunday morning ruck and hikes are community-based gatherings designed to bring veterans, first responders, and supporters together through purposeful movement and connection.
Held at Mine Falls Park, Nashua these outings typically cover 3–5 miles and include handicap-capable accessible routes, ensuring the experience is welcoming and inclusive for all ability levels. We hike rain or shine.
The hikes create a supportive, low-pressure environment where participants can build camaraderie, strengthen both body and mind, and engage in meaningful conversation while enjoying the outdoors. By combining physical activity with peer support, the Sunday rucks and hikes promote positive mental health, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging—reminding participants that no one has to walk their journey alone
