Come spot Rauscher Farm’s avian species. Join David Ammerman, citizen scientist and bird photographer who, with fellow birders, has identified 152 bird species on Rauscher Farm and adjoining Department of Conservation and Recreation property. Come for an hour, or two, or three! Bring binoculars!
Rauscher Farm is 62 acres of town-owned conservation and recreation land, maintained by volunteers. Rauscher Farm’s Spring Bird Walk will take place come rain or come shine!
This program is offered by Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust and the Town of Clinton’s Rauscher Farm Management Subcommittee as part of the Hidden Treasures Festival of Nature, Culture & History, an annual month-long celebration showcasing events and activities hosted by local partners celebrating the unique places, objects, and stories of the Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area.
