Find spaciousness and stillness through meditation. Join Linda Shinji Hoffman for an introduction to Zen Meditation. We will meet in the studio and begin with ‘finding our seat’ whether on a cushion, meditation bench or chair. Then learn about posture, breath, how to hold our awareness, and what to do when thoughts arise. After this introduction, there will be a guided meditation that will move participants into silence and also time for questions and sharing. Please RSVP to studio@lindahoffman.com.
