Witness a Revolution! Stop by the Old Manse on Monday, April 17th, 2023 as Concord celebrates Patriots’ Day and the start of the Revolutionary War. On the morning of April 19th, 1775, Phebe Bliss Emerson looked out the windows of her home and witnessed the battle of Concord unfold only a few hundred yards away. Explore her home and the home of her family and see the view that she would have seen as Concord celebrates Patriots’ Day.

Special for the occasion, the Manse will be having an open house from 7:30AM to 2:00PM. Guides will be stationed in the rooms of the house to answer any questions as you explore at your own pace.
