The Umbrella Arts Center in the heart of historic Concord Center cultural district is home to more than 50 working artists skilled in a variety of fine and applied arts including ceramics, glass, fiber arts, jewelry making, illustration, mixed-media, painting, photography, printmaking, illustration, sculpture, woodworking, writing and more.
Since the organization’s founding Studio Artists have been at the heart of making this facility a community asset and wellspring of creative activity. Our annual Open Studios is an incredible opportunity to meet our artists, learn about their process, and share in celebrating their work.
Concurrently, our Main Gallery will feature new mixed media work by our Studio Artists, and work by students and teachers from The Umbrella Ceramics Studio will be available for sale.

LOCATION: The Umbrella Arts Center, 40 Stow Street, Concord, MA 01742
ACCESS: Handicap parking is available in the two adjacent town-run parking lots. The 2019-renovated building is ADA compliant with elevators to access all three floors of artwork and artists’ studios.

This program is offered by The Umbrella Arts Center as part of the Hidden Treasures Festival of Nature, Culture & History, an annual month-long celebration showcasing events and activities hosted by local partners celebrating the unique places, objects, and stories of the Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area.
