This discussion will look at reform and the move toward equity and a community-based approach to policing in the late 1990’s and early 2000 in Fitchburg Massachusetts. Cronin is the retired Chief of Police from Fitchburg, Massachusetts and his new book is being used in criminology courses across the United States.
