Local “Modern Pioneer” Lauren Roy will empower, and educate the audience on living more naturally and in the art of foraging as a way of saving money. More importantly, they will learn that they are capable of providing for their own and their family’s most basic need: food. No matter what is going on in the world. Signed copies of her book Modern Pioneer – An Almanac of Natural Living will be available for purchase.
The program is preceded by a museum-hosted reception on May 23, at 6:30 pm.
