When the fighting ended on April 19, 1775 a road of carnage stretched over 16 miles from Concord to Boston. Join park staff at the historic Hartwell Tavern in Lincoln, MA, to learn the harrowing stories of those who buried the dead, cared for the wounded and faced an uncertain world in the days following.

This event explores our region’s revolutionary past! Learn about Freedom’s Way 250 and discover the many ways the Heritage Area and its partners are commemorating and celebrating our nation’s semiquincentennial anniversary.
