Welcome to Rev Quest! Celebrate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution and learn a bit about life in Bolton at that time. Included are stories of fourteen Bolton citizens who were involved in the American Revolution. Each citizen-patriot is paired with a site in Bolton, marked by the number in the upper left corner of each story. In the case of Jonathan and Benjamin Atherton, father and son share a single story but each has their own site on the map.

Use the map to locate each site and begin your self-guided tour; you can also use it as a game to see how many sites visited. Enjoy, and we would love to hear back on how you did.

This activity is offered by the Bolton Historical Society as part of the Hidden Treasures Festival of Nature, Culture & History, an annual month-long celebration showcasing events and activities hosted by local partners celebrating the unique places, objects, and stories of the Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area.
