Join Concord’s native ornithologist, author, and naturalist on a bird walk at Walden Pond State Reservation with frequent collaborator Lillian Stokes & others.

Peter Alden is the author of 16 wildlife books, including National Audubon’s Field Guide to New England. He is also on staff at the Thoreau Society Shop at Walden.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Bring binoculars and water. Walking shoes, hat, and insect repellent recommended. Meet on the deck of the Walden Pond Visitor Center. Co-sponsored by the Friends of Walden Pond.
