Join The Umbrella Arts Center and The Old Manse under the light of the full moon on December 7.
Come by to partake in a lantern-making craft, enjoy hot chocolate by the bonfire while listening to moon-inspired stories, and then bring your newly crafted lanterns on a silent, meditative walk through the meadow as the moon rises over the trees, led by C.C. King.
This event is free and open to the public in the rear of the historic Old Manse at 269 Monument St, Concord! Parking is very limited. Please carpool or walk from town if at all possible and bring a flashlight.
NOTE: In the event of rain or ice, we will meet inside The Umbrella Arts Center, 40 Stow Street, Concord in Room 109 (where lantern craft will take place) and in the Black Box Theater for storytelling under lantern light. Check The Umbrella’s homepage and social media for updates on December 7.
